Custom programs available
A healthy lawn starts from the ground up. Our fertilization and weed control programs keep your grass thick, green, and weed-free throughout the season.

We develop custom treatment plans based on your lawn's specific needs, soil conditions, and grass type. Our products are applied safely and effectively for maximum results.
Timing is everything with lawn treatments in Nebraska. Crabgrass germinates when soil temperatures hold around 55°F — typically mid-April in the Bellevue area — so pre-emergent has to be down before then to work at all. Broadleaf weeds like dandelion and clover are best hit in spring and again in fall when they're actively moving nutrients to their roots. A program that shows up on the right weeks beats a stronger product applied on the wrong ones.
Our seasonal programs are built around that calendar: early-spring pre-emergent with a light feeding, late-spring broadleaf control, a summer application balanced for heat stress, and a fall feeding that does more for next year's lawn than anything you can apply in spring. Cool-season grasses build root reserves in September and October, which is why the fall step is the one we never let customers skip.
Every application is matched to your lawn's condition rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule — thin areas, shade, soil type, and what weeds actually showed up all factor in. Products are applied at labeled rates and are safe for kids and pets once dry, usually within a couple of hours.
Serving Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista and the greater Sarpy County area since 2014.
Most lawns in our area do well on a 4–5 step program from early spring through late fall. We'll recommend a schedule based on your lawn's current condition — a thick, established lawn needs less help than one battling crabgrass and bare spots.
Yes. We use professional products at their labeled rates, and we recommend keeping kids and pets off the lawn until the application has dried — typically a couple of hours. We'll leave notice at the door after each visit.
Broadleaf weeds usually start curling within days and are gone in two to three weeks. Color and thickness improvements from feeding show within a few weeks of each application, with the biggest visual jump the spring after your first full fall feeding.
