We remove all leaves, twigs, and debris from your gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper water flow. We also inspect for any damage or issues that need attention.

The mature cottonwoods, maples, and oaks that make Bellevue's older neighborhoods so pleasant also fill gutters fast — cottonwood fluff and seed pods in early summer, then the main leaf drop in October and November. When gutters clog, water overflows where it shouldn't: against your siding, into flower beds it washes out, and down along the foundation, which in our freeze-thaw winters is how small problems become expensive ones. Ice dams love a clogged gutter too.

A clean-out with us is more than scooping leaves. We clear the gutter runs by hand, flush downspouts until they run free, and check pitch, seams, and hangers while we're up there — if something's pulling loose or leaking at a seam, you'll hear about it before it becomes a repair bill. Everything we pull out leaves with us, and we clean up any debris that hits the ground.

For most homes we recommend two clean-outs a year: late fall after the trees finish dropping, and spring to clear out winter debris and whatever the maples send down. Homes under heavy tree cover sometimes add a mid-summer visit.
